Ingredients:

1 pound ground chicken

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup bread crumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

1 egg, beaten

1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

Prepare the Ground Chicken Mixture:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped onion, minced garlic, bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, beaten egg, salt, black pepper, and paprika (if using). Use your hands or a spatula to mix everything together until well combined.
