Chocolate Ganache Cup Cake

Here is the recipe of CHOCOLATE GANACHE CUP CAKES

For the cupcakes:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk (room temperature)
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 large egg (room temperature)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup boiling water
Chocolate Ganache Ingredients:

For the ganache:
8 ounces (227g) semi-sweet or dark chocolate, finely chopped
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:
For the Chocolate Cupcakes:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

In a large mixing bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Add the milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined. Do not overmix.

Carefully stir in the boiling water. The batter will be thin, but that's normal.

Fill each cupcake liner about 2/3 full with the batter.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean.

Once baked, remove the cupcakes from the oven and let them cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

For the Chocolate Ganache:

Place the finely chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl.

In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream and butter over medium heat until it just starts to simmer. Do not let it boil.

Pour the hot cream mixture over the chopped chocolate. Let it sit undisturbed for a minute or two.

Gently stir the mixture with a spatula until the chocolate is completely melted and the ganache is smooth.

Stir in the vanilla extract.

Assembling the Cupcakes:

Once the cupcakes are completely cooled, use a spoon or a piping bag to spread or pipe the chocolate ganache onto the cupcakes.

You can leave the ganache as is or let it set slightly before decorating with sprinkles, chocolate shavings, or other toppings of your choice.

Allow the ganache to set at room temperature or in the refrigerator for a firmer texture.

Enjoy your delicious homemade chocolate ganache cupcakes!

Remember that baking times and results can vary, so keep an eye on the cupcakes while they're in the oven and use the toothpick test to determine doneness.
