Here's a recipe for Chana Chaat, a delicious and tangy Indian snack made from chickpeas:

Ingredients:
2 cups boiled chickpeas (chana)
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 small tomato, finely chopped
1 green chili, finely chopped (adjust to your spice preference)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
1/4 cup chopped cucumber
1/4 cup chopped bell peppers (capsicum)
Salt according to your taste
Chaat masala to your taste
Roasted cumin powder
Red chili powder (optional)
Lemon juice to taste
For the chutneys:
Green chutney (made from mint and coriander leaves)
Tamarind chutney (made from tamarind pulp and dates/jaggery)
For garnishing (optional):
Sev (crispy fried chickpea flour noodles)
Chopped fresh coriander leaves
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the boiled chickpeas, chopped onion, tomato, green chili, cucumber, and bell peppers.
Add salt, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, and red chili powder (if using). Adjust the seasonings according to your taste.
Mix the ingredients well to ensure the flavors are evenly distributed.
Add a few spoonfuls of both green chutney and tamarind chutney to the mixture. Adjust the quantity based on your preference for tanginess and spiciness.
Squeeze some fresh lemon juice over the mixture for an extra tangy kick.
Toss everything together to coat the chickpeas and vegetables with the spices and chutneys.
Sprinkle chopped fresh coriander leaves over the mixture and give it a final toss.
To serve, transfer the Chana Chaat to individual serving plates or bowls.
